Welcome to the Boyertown Community COVID Vaccination Project!

New Hanover Evangelical Lutheran is excited to be part of a Boyertown community outreach effort, in conjunction with The Medicine Shoppe, Boyertown Area School District, other area churches, and community organizations like Boyertown Multi-Service, to get COVID vaccines into the arms of those in need – our area’s Seniors.

We have heard from many area Seniors who have said they are having difficulty getting access to the vaccine due to limited or no access to technology, transportation issues, and other challenges. Our community is taking the positive step to advocate for our grandparents, parents, friends, and neighbors by providing the vaccine through a simple, accessible, and non-daunting local vaccination clinic.

NHELC will be reaching out to our members who are 65 and older to register them for a future clinic, to be held once doses become available. If you or a loved one are over 65 and live in the Boyertown School District but are not a member of a participating organization, call 1-855-268-4636 to request a callback from a community volunteer, who will register you. We want to ensure that all Boyertown area Seniors who want the vaccine are able to get it!
